- Is my card information safe?
- Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor. Clefora never sees or stores your full card number.
- Can I pay from my phone?
- Yes. The payment page works on mobile browsers and within the Clefora app. You can pay from wherever you are.
- What if I think an invoice is incorrect?
- Message your teacher directly from the invoice page. They can adjust the invoice and send an updated version.
- Do I get a receipt?
- Yes. A receipt is emailed to you after payment, and you can also download receipts from your payment history at any time.
