- Can I message a parent before they accept their invitation?
- No. Messaging becomes available once the parent has created their account and accepted the invitation. Until then, use the email address you have on file.
- Are messages private between the teacher and parent?
- Yes. Each conversation is a private thread between you and the parent. Other parents or students cannot see your messages.
- Can I send photos or attachments?
- Attachment support is coming soon. For now, you can describe what you need in text or share links to external resources.
