Frequently Asked Questions
- What if the parent does not have a Google or Apple account?
- Currently, Clefora requires Google or Apple sign-in for all accounts. Most parents will have at least one of these. Additional sign-in methods are planned.
- Can I invite both parents of the same student?
- Yes. You can send multiple invitations for the same student. Each parent will have their own account and can independently view lessons and messages.
- What happens if the invitation link expires?
- Invitation links expire after 14 days. You can easily generate a new one from the student's profile page.
- Will the parent see my private lesson notes?
- No. Private notes are encrypted and visible only to you. Parents only see the lesson summary and any notes you explicitly mark as shared.
