Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need a Stripe account?
- Yes. Clefora uses Stripe Connect for payments. During setup, you will be guided through connecting or creating a Stripe account. There is no additional cost from Clefora — standard Stripe processing fees apply.
- Can I set up automatic monthly invoicing?
- Not yet, but it is on our roadmap. Currently you create invoices manually, but Clefora pre-fills lesson data to make the process fast.
- What currency can I invoice in?
- You can invoice in any currency supported by Stripe. Set your preferred currency in your studio settings.
- Can parents pay by bank transfer instead of card?
- Currently only card payments through Stripe are supported. Bank transfer and other payment methods are planned for a future update.
