2

Add Your Students

Create a profile for each student with their name, instrument, and current level. Each profile stores lesson history, practice goals, repertoire, and milestones.

  • • Navigate to Students and tap Add Student
  • • Enter name, instrument, and optional level
  • • Start with 2–3 students; add the rest as you go
3

Invite Parents

Open a student's profile, tap Invite Parent, and enter their email address. Parents receive an email with a link to create their free account and see lesson digests, practice goals, and progress updates.

4

Record Your First Lesson

After a lesson, log what you covered, set practice goals, and optionally add private notes for yourself. The lesson digest is shared with the parent automatically.

  • • Open the student's profile and tap Add Lesson
  • • Enter what you covered, pieces worked on, and homework
  • • Set practice goals with specific, measurable targets
  • • Save — the parent sees the digest instantly
5

Track Progress and Milestones

Create milestones for each student: mastering a scale, completing a piece, passing an exam. When you mark a milestone complete, the parent is notified. Over time, you build a full record of every student's journey.
