What Clefora is
Clefora is a communication platform connecting music teachers, parents, and students. It keeps lesson notes, practice goals, progress, exam readiness, billing, and secure messaging in one place — so everyone involved in a student's music life can see how it's going.
Why it exists
A music life is many relationships — and rarely just one. A teacher, a parent, a student, sometimes an accompanist or an exam board — each holding a piece of the picture.
Yet most studios run on spreadsheets, paper notebooks, and long WhatsApp threads. The teacher knows exactly how a student is progressing, but the information that matters — what was covered, what to practise, when the exam is — rarely reaches the parent in a form they can act on.
Clefora exists to be one quiet place where a studio stays in tune. Teaching is the craft. We handle the admin.
Where we are today
Clefora is launching soon. Founding teachers are joining the waitlist now, and we're building carefully alongside them — a small team, one feature at a time, shaped by how real studios actually work.
